I bought this bike to use while camping as a way to get around the parks. It's perfect for what I need. I love the cruise style for riding around on paved roads and selected the single speed for simplicity. The seat it very sizable and comfortable. I like the rack over the back tire for carrying a small pack while I explore. The bike comes as assembled as possible to fit in a shipping box. I found an assembly video on youtube from the manufacturer and it made the assembly very simple. The written instructions were very thorough too, I just do better with visuals. If you don't mind perhaps getting some replacement parts, particularly the brakes, this bike will probably be a great fit for you. But you'll also need some patience and maybe some of your own solutions for things. For starters, the instruction manual does technically tell you how to assemble your bike, but they're like, generic instructions for a totally separate bike, which isn't ideal. The bike includes useful tools for assembling everything on your own. However, my bike's handlebars came tightened insanely hard, and it was impossible to get enough leverage to loosen them without something extending the provided hex wrench or by using a power tool. The color of the bike is great. Not quite as striking a seafoam green as in the product listing, but still quite attractive looking, as well as the design. The gear shifters are grippy and nice, and the handlebar grips are comfortable, though the gear shifters are a little stocky, and the cables jut out really far and are easy to snag on things. But in particular, the brakes are horrible. I don't know why they think this is okay, but the brakes sound like a horn when you're holding them, and they're not even good. Oftentimes I'll have to white knuckle both of them to stop anywhere near quickly, and I did in fact adjust the brake tension. I've just been stopping with my shoes instead. I haven't tried replacing them yet, but I would imagine it's because the brakes are made of some... cheap polymer or something. The bike seat also seems to wiggle forwards and backwards no matter how tightly I adjust it, so I may replace that too.All in all, a little expensive for what I feel like I got out of it, but it is a nice-looking bike. That's probably what you're here for anyway.I really like this bike! It’s comfortable to ride. The one issue I have which is why I gave it 4 stars vs 5 overall is because after riding it once, the front tire popped after sitting overnight. It was inflated properly and not sure if it was just because of the heat or if the tire itself was defective from the start so we’ve had to replace the tube and tire already. We ended replacing both tires right away actually because I was worried about the rear popping/being defective as well. One of the spokes on the front tire broke off already as well, but other than that, I have no complaints. It’s exactly what I wanted in a bike and is a comfortable ride!I took my time reviewing bicycles & reading comments. I decided on the around the clock womens 26" 7 speed. I DO NOT regret it at all! I have broken my tail bone before & have wrist issues. So this bike with the wide seat & high easy to reach handle bars is perfect! The only down side is the kick stand would not stay tight so I just took it off. Wasn't real easy to put together either but I got it done.I got this bike for my daughter because she loves the style, with cruiser handlebars and 7 gears. For most of you who order this bike, you will probably give it a 4 or 5-star review because assuming they give you the right bike with the right pieces, it is fairly easy to assemble, looks nice and works pretty well. I will say after having the bike a while I notice that the bike seat and handlebars will get loose and you really need to tighten the heck out of them and will still loosen over time. The bad- I got the bike, and the delivery only took 3 days, amazing! I started constructing the bike and when I was putting on the front wheel something did not seem right the brakes were not aligning right. After further inspection I noticed that the wheel I was given was not the right size, the bike I ordered had 26” wheels and the front wheel I got was 24”. So I call SixThreeZero to inform them of the error. They tell me they can get me a new wheel and should have it in a month,…. a month. I had got this for my daughters 14th birthday and a month was going to eat 1/3 of the summer she could be enjoying biking. After thinking a bit I was like wait I can order a whole new bike and get it in 3 days. So I say “How about I return this bike and just order a new one. I see it on Amazon and I can get it in 3 days” After customer service did some checking with their parts people, “you know what we can get you the new wheel next week.” I thought ok this is not great but probably easier than trying to return this bike, plus I already have it all built it, just need the front wheel. So I said “ok”. They emailed me that an order was made and I was able to check the order online. Upon checking the order a couple days later to see where my wheel was I noticed they did not enter my address correctly with transposed numbers in my street number (*sigh) so call them to have it corrected. They can correct it but because it was already out it will be delayed a couple days. Ok… I concede a couple more days. So after 7 days I do get a package. “Hooray!” it is my new wheel. I open the package and indeed it is the right size wheel “rim”, but what about the rest of it…? I mean did they think I just needed the rim and not the tube and tire? Ok maybe I could have been more clear but shouldn’t the people work there know how their bikes are shipped out, you know with the like the whole rim with tube and tire on the rim and even partially inflated I might add?? Ok time for another phone call. “Hello- yes I got the rim/ hub of the wheel, but I did not get the tube or tire of the wheel. To be clear I need the whole wheel, this time also noting it needs to be in the same style as the back tire on my bike as I don’t want them to be mismatched.” To be fair I have talked to customer service (now several times) there and they have been polite enough, but I am starting to get frustrated. So another order in , I wait a couple of days and see my order is still not out for delivery, after several online chats and phone calls asking why my order is not out, (also each time they say “oh we show the wheel delivered”,,” “no that was the other incomplete wheel, you will see there is another order right..” At some point they let me know it will go out in a couple of days, and I was like “You have got to be kidding me I ordered this bike two and a half weeks ago and still do not have a full bike, .. plus some further frustrated language nothing crude” Was able to get a call back and yes they would ship it out that day, you know just several days after they told me they were shipping it before. A couple of days go by , and this time got the whole wheel, it fit and everything and my daughter was able to enjoy her new bike. As a bonus I still have a 24” wheel and 26” rim in my garage so if they mess up your order and you need a 24” wheel probably faster to just reach out to me, lol.The bike was delivered really quickly which was amazing. The brands website doesn't ship outside the US so amazon was handy for that. The color is very similar to the picture but i would have called it 'butter' instead of 'cream'. Its really pretty and an original pale yellow. It took 20 minutes for someone with experience to put together. He said I could have done it myself because the instructions were clear. Riding it is such a treat! Its very solid and I felt balanced and comfortable. I am not very experienced on a bike and new to gears, so I did a bit of research on how to use them. Its easy to switch and very easy to ride. I'm in love. I barely rode my last one because it was really tough to pedal but this one is a breeze. Highly recommend. I got a rear basket to keep all my goodies and I'm ready to go!! The ONLY thing that I would change about the bike is the centre bar is high. I wish I would have gotten a step through version but it was more expensive. I have really short legs but I know I will eventually get used to tipping it to get on. Still in love but that tiny change would have made it 11/10. My NEXT sixthreezero bike will be step through :)Ok so, clearly during the pandemic people are trapped inside and are looking for an escape, and it seems a lot of us have turned to bike rides. I haven’t been able to purchase a bike ANYWHERE because they are sold out at every store that sells them. Amazon was my last option for a bike- it’s nuts that this was sold for $600. For this amount, this bike was NOT worth it. For a cruiser bike, it should be half this price. The assembly was NOT easy.. I don’t know how to assemble a bike, and the instruction manual that came with it didn’t help at all. The little rack over the back tire came scratched/ damaged / warped. It was NOT easy to bend it in a fashion to attach it to where it is now. Slightly disappointed, I can’t even get a replacement part because this bike shipped from the Los Angeles amazon location ( at least mine did). I rides well, it’s an ok bike seat cushion, brakes work- but the whole assembly process was a pain especially if you don’t have anyone to help you. Price wise- I shouldn’t have paid as much as I did.. this is a ridiculous price for a bike.. if your desperate and have run out of options for purchase and are willing to drop more than $600 on a bike, look no further beyond this.. but honestly, shop around.I haven't even gotten to ride the bike yet, but I figured I could come back and edit the review to record my thoughts over time. Those are pretty helpful to me when I'm deciding whether or not I want to buy something. I should preface this by saying that I'm a 5'4 woman and I bought this on sale (it was about $250 CAD).First impressions: Some reviewers say that their bike came with scratches in the paint, but my bike came with no visual damage that I noticed. I guess scratches are always a possibility in shipping. Another thing people talk about most with this bike is how difficult it is to build. A lot of people say that the instructions weren't that helpful. I would consider myself pretty handy (pro-level Ikea builder) but I've never built a bike before, so I skipped the instructions entirely and just watched the video on their Youtube channel. It seemed a lot easier to follow, but I was constantly worried about whether or not I screwed something too tight or not tight enough. Maybe I'm just not that strong, but the seat and handlebars were hard for me to install. I'm still not entirely sure if I did it right... Guess I'll find out once I ride it for the first time. Speaking of the seat, the product photos show women of many heights fitting the bike comfortably. I don't know, maybe my legs are just short, but I have the seat all the way down and still have to stand on my tiptoes, not with my feet flat on the ground like it says in the instructions. My mom was contemplating buying this bike for my younger sister (14 years old, 5'3) but I'm thinking it might be too big... Just something to consider if you're a petite person/buying this for a petite person or a child. She's going to try the bike too so I'll talk about that in my edit. Other than that, it's a very pretty color - maybe a liiiiittle bit darker than in the photo - and mine came with all the right parts. I was able to sign up for a year-long warranty on the Sixthreezero website and the customer service chat helped me fill out the details. It also came with some spare nuts and bolts, some allen keys, and a multi-tool wrench so you shouldn't need any more tools. Seems pretty reasonable for the price. So far, so good!EDIT (7/26/2021): Well, I finally found the time to take it for a ride and I had a lot of fun! Of course, it's only the first ride, so I'll be watching for the quality over the next little while, but as I said before, so far, so good. The handlebars are a little wonky if you're not used to a cruiser (and this is my first one), but that's not a negative for the product itself. There are some negatives though. The product description says that it should comfortably seat anyone from 5' - 6'. I'm 5'4 and personally, I feel this would be too big for anyone shorter. I have to ride with the seat at its lowest level, so I feel like my height is just about the limit. Any higher and it feels too tall for me. My sister (who's slightly shorter than I am) didn't end up wanting to ride because she was convinced it was too high. I should also mention that the height of the seat is adjusted with a lever mechanism which the man in the tutorial video says can break if you tighten it too much. Because of that, I didn't play with that too much while I was constructing the bike. It's not an issue for me because again, my seat is low in the end anyway, but while determining the proper height for me, I did find it difficult to raise the seat without it falling when I sat on it. Maybe that's just due to my own lack of confidence! Also, if anyone cares to know, I still haven't gotten my free bell. lol Overall though, it seems like a pretty good bike so far. If I remember, I'll try to come back and update you later.I really like my new sixthreezero cruiser bike. It came at a great time for me to start bike riding again. I outgrew my mountain bike days and wanted to cruise with the kids - and this is perfect for that. It took a bit to put together and I would recommend and extra hand but could do it by yourself. I got a great deal on it so decided to get a bike store to tune it up and make sure its put together properly - it was! I would recommend this bike as the price is great and super comfy and easy to ride.received the bike un packed and assembled. noticed along the way that the bike seems to be nothing more than a walmart special. none the less my wife was happy with the appearance so i was ok with that. first ride she took the crank fell apart on the side of the road. she pushed it back to the house i looked it over ,re assembled the crank (which had come assembled from china) noticed the nut and cranked where not made correctly and are stripped out. my next thought was to just return this thing as i was not happy anyway . i find out that i have to pay return shipping even though its damaged goods. well after getting an estimate of 180.00 to return the bike i was shocked .i left it still packed up in a box sitting in the shed. went out bought and Electra like mine and havent looked back. buyer be ware buy something decent dont waste your money, the Electra was pretty much the same price and believe me there is no comparison in quality. i did try sixthreezero warranty they offer ...haha never did get the replacement part got sixthreenothing
