I'm surprised about people having trouble getting these on. I have short, wide feet, with crazily high arches and knobby heels, which means if anyone's going to have trouble getting a shoe on, its usually me. I also returned three pair of similar boots to other manufacturers' for exactly that reason. Because of the reviews, I almost didn't buy these, but I have other Emus and didn't have a problem and the top seemed wide enough.I'm glad I did. They fit perfectly. They were easy to put on -- no struggle at all -- and fit like a glove. I bought my true size too.I do think I'd have trouble fitting thick socks on with these, but I'd also never want to as they're so warm. If they're like my other sheepskin boots, the wool will flatten and there will be more room in no time anyway.My only disappointment is the thinness of the insole and sole. It seems thinner than usual.Other than that, these are a home run.I bought these because I wanted a casual warm winter boot that had a soft/furry inside but didn’t cost or look like UGG boots. I think they are perfect. I usually wear a 7.5/8 and got an 8. I have narrow feet. I think they fit true to size and definitely not too narrow. I probably will only wear thin socks with them as the inside is nice and thick. They have a wide opening and I don’t know how people had a hard time putting these on. If anything I wish they were more snug around my calf/ankle for warmth. I think they are great quality and will last longer than my Bearpaw boots that fell apart after about 1 winter of use. I just got them so I’m not sure how well they will hold up through the winter. Definitely keeping them!I bought these for my girlfriend. She absolutely loves them and thinks the very stylishOnce you can get them on they are fine. I bought multiple pairs and they are all too slim at the ankles. Three different people tried to put this on and it is almost impossible to get your foot into the boot.The quality of the boot itself is fine. The person who ended up with the boots always wears a full size smaller in any other boot brand. So she has lots of room in the toe area.The toe box is not as big and bulky looking as other brands this style, which I like because it doesn’t look sloppy. Runs a little narrow which works well for me. Very warm.love seating them w/o socks.Difficult to put on with my wide foot. Needed to return.I had to return my normal size and get a size up, but the new boots fit great!Thr fit was perfect and the boots looked less clunky than uggs! Nice surprise
